zab again? he beat him already...this guy is just ducking mathyssee, plain and simple,,,and those saying theres more money with zab ,I don't think so,mathysee and Garcia would do good,i'm sure if that fight is in Brooklyn it would do very well, this is just ducking by Garcia,i guess mathysse isn't old like Judah or morales, lucas has power,a chin and stamina to keep pressure on Garcia for a full 12 rounds,if an old Judah made him look tired, imagine what lucas will do and he is stronger than Judah and has a way better chin too

The reality is, Garcia isn't gonna beat Broner or Matthysse. So GBP is probably looking to cash him out. Floyd and Broner offer the biggest events to cash Danny out. That's why a Matthysse fight doesn't really make all that much sense for him right now, from a business standpoint of course.
As for Matthysse, unfortunately for him, he doesn't bring much to the table.he doesn't bring much money to the table. And he doesn't even have a belt. So there's really no need for any of the top guys like Floyd, Broner, or even a Garcia to fight him. A Maidana fight, especially in Argentina would be huge. It would produce probably the Fight of the Year and possibily the KO of the Year. And create even more buzz for Lucas heading into 2014.

GBP at it again lmao...Garcia is a bum!!!! I called this one..unless the public jumps on his back fast he won't fight Lucas..if Judah was able to hurt him late in the fight what does his pops think is going to happen? I bet you he fights Judah again probably gets saved by a favorable scorecard and runs up to 147 after vacating his belt.

Cong****.

And since that's the case, the best option out there for Matthysse will be Maidana. Whether it be this fall or next spring/summer, in which case he'd be coming off a loss to Broner.
