Garcia only gets a pass if he fights Mayweather next. Any other move and it's a duck.

If the fight still hasn't been announced, then something hasn't gone according to plan. $$$, testing, etc. It seems like the bigger/better the match-up, the higher the chance of it falling through.

It's gonna be hard for me to support this ****. Actually I'm not even gonna supporting it. If Danny wants more money then I can't be mad but this some serious bull****.

A huge middle finger to the fans.
They've been putting off the mando since Ajose 3-ish years ago. Now they constantly say the mando is next and put a tournament together for them to fight.

Saying you're scared in a live press conference wouln't be as obvious as this

Anyway Lucas is Danny's mandatory and Maidana is like the nš 1 contender for Broner, so nothing makes more sense. But, if this fight is not happening, i expect Matthysse to get the full belt or at least a title shot against Broner or Floyd. This ducking will be remembered for the rest of his career.
Actually, Thurman's next fight is the the mandatory shot at Broner's welterweight trinket.

The reality is, Garcia isn't gonna beat Broner or Matthysse. So GBP is probably looking to cash him out. Floyd and Broner offer the biggest events to cash Danny out. That's why a Matthysse fight doesn't really make all that much sense for him right now, from a business standpoint of course.

As for Matthysse, unfortunately for him, he doesn't bring much to the table.he doesn't bring much money to the table. And he doesn't even have a belt. So there's really no need for any of the top guys like Floyd, Broner, or even a Garcia to fight him. A Maidana fight, especially in Argentina would be huge. It would produce probably the Fight of the Year and possibily the KO of the Year. And create even more buzz for Lucas heading into 2014.

Hence why team Garcia has been quiet as a mouse. They have arguably the best fighter @ 140 screaming from the mountain tops for a fight without a response from anyone, big mouth Papa Garcia hasn't even said a word which is unbelievable in itself. Now they quietly float out a possible rematch against Judah? What does that gain Danny? Nothing, clear duck if it happens.

Broner is a bigger fight than Matthysse for Danny.

what a joke... what a ****ing joke
where is Angel Garcia now? Seems to go in to hiding since Lucas Massacred PEDerson. He knows his boy is in trouble.. they will do everything they can to avoid this fight.

Makes the sport I love look so sad and pathetic beyond belief. This why people laugh at big time boxing fans like us. This **** isn't even a damn sport anymore. Smh

It's funny how ya get mad when he talks and then say stuff like this when he's quiet. Also when u say they quietly float out a rematch, who is they?? Cuz your making it seem like Garcia is saying a rematch with Zab is being discussed.

So Broner - Garcia doesn't make sense because they are friends but it makes sense to put in the ring Lucas and Chino who are friends since they were like fourteen years old and they fight in different weight divisions?

You should check WBA may ratings, Chaves nš1, Maidana Nš2, Ed Paredes NŠ3 and Thurman Nš4. Thurman is fighting to and unproven Chaves for the interim title anyway.
