Maidana has a good chance vs Broner . Maidana struggles vs Movers like Khan and Devon, i don't see great movement by Broner. he is very stationary and easy to hit.

I picked broner to win this fight vs malignaggi by decision @ 2/1 odds because i wasnt sure his power would carry.

The fight will look like khan vs malignaggi did.

I just think some of those left hooks and right hands which Paulie ate up would hurt Khan and for a tall guy Khan fights far too close to his opponents and likes to jump in with combos, Broner would counter him with consistent brutality.

I have an issue with the poll and I see a trend emerging.

Matthysse, great fighter, like the choice, I can live with it.


But the next 2 fighters with the highest votes in the poll are Maidana and Thurman. 2 limited fighters that will be standing in front of Broner making it very easy on him.

This is why Floyd made millions of dollars beating up guys who never stood a chance against him. Fans hype up these hard hitting action fighters and when they step up to the elite level, they just get thoroughly outclassed.

Broner struggled with Ponce De Leon and Malignaggi. Both of these fighters didn't stand in front of him, confused him with movement and made him adjust. Maidana and Thurman do not have the ability to do that.

Can you imagine this fight? 2 guys standing back, planting their feet and doing their best Floyd impressions. When the punches eventually start going in, the question is who hits harder and gets hit more often? Berto hits harder but he is a wide open target. Close fight but I can see Broner winning this. Having said that, no way does Berto go near this fight.

I agree, I think Maidana has a great chance in beating Broner. This will be the harshest test of Broner's chin in his entire career.
