Okay, on second read I'm confused. Was the drug testing in the contracts they signed, and Marquez is making a fuss about it now?Comment

Why would they leave it out now?
WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley tells The Desert Sun that his upcoming defense against Juan Manuel Marquez will have double the drug testing involved. The match is set for September 14 against Marquez at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas. Bradley says Marquez was a bit concerned with using the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA), and instead wanted USADA, the U.S. anti-doping agency. A compromise was reached and both companies will be used in the fight.Comment

If they both signed contracts agreeing to testing and Marquez is refusing unless there's a rehydration clause after the fact, that's incredibly shady. I need this cleared up now, anyone know?Comment

Well they've been talking about VADA and USADA doing testing on both of them since May 21st.
Why would they leave it out now?
