I personally don't think any version of Haye beats prime Wlad. He just couldn't do enough in the first fight. I would still like to see the sequel for some reason, even though the first was a stinker. They both seemed too afraid of engaging with each other, so Wlad won the fight with his jab.
The best chance Haye has of a win, is to go gung-ho and hope he catches Wlad before he gets caught himself. He needs to be a lot more agressive, and use his reach. If i'm not mistaken I think Haye actually has a longer reach than Wlad, but he stays too far away to use it. Wrong tactics to use, because Wlad is more mobile than you would think. And once you get caught by that right hand once, you don't want to get caught again. Vitali is a better fit for Haye.
One thing I do like though, is most of the nuthuggers come out with crap like: "Haye would get KO'd in 3 rounds in a rematch" or "He didn't get KOd because he was running around like a headless chicken" - Trying to make out Wlad is some kind of stalking beast in the GGG mould. He didn't even KO Mormeck/Pianeta in 3 rounds! A lot of people are hating on Haye and the only reason they can find for him not getting KOd was because he was running, when in fact he was on the ropes with his hands by his side.
Wladimir beat him. He's the better fighter. But he didn't exactly go toe-to-toe himself.
Some very good points in this post.
I would just add that I am not very convinced in Haye's stamina.
The reason he was falling down that many times might be he was gassing out.
It can be seen in the later rounds when he moved less and Wlad was able to hit him much more often. I remember the 11th round when I was thinking if Wlad presses just a bit more Haye would be in serious trouble - something similar when he gassed out in amateurs against Solis (of course he is much better fighter now).
Anyhow I think Wlad beats him again if they ever fight again but I also think there is a better chance we could have seen a TKO/KO.
If Haye's terrified, then Klit should have cut the ring and knocked him down or out. He did neither.
With Haye's power and he makes full contact with Klit, he puts him to sleep.
IMO Wlad's power is superior to Haye's. Haye's chin is not exactly iron one.
Only thing Haye has over Wlad is his speed.
Haye is an ambush fighter. Wlad cutting the ring, engaging and forcing would be exactly what Haye would want. Wlad is way smarter than that. Why would he risk it. If haye wants a chance to beat Wlad he needs to pressure more, but I believe he would get KOed if he tried.
Without Wlad making some serious mistake (and that doesn't happen often) I don't see how Haye can win this one.

Klits power is superior to Haye's. That isn't in dispute.
People on here are saying that Haye has no chance. That's not true. Haye finds his chin full on, then he has more than enough power to knock Klit out.

Of course. Haye has a puncher chance against any HW... I am just saying that chance is pretty slim when we talk about Wlad. He doesn't give many opportunities for that.

Haye had enough stamina to rock Wladimir in the 12th round. Haye's stamina was great in that fight because Wladimir didn't work him that hard.
