bait thread, he wants the Floyd guys to come forth and defend him, however there is nothing to defend because his own action's does it all. I mean what do you expect me to do? stop you from being in denial? that's impossible because that is your own choice, ignorance is bliss to someComment

I'll let you guys scour the boxing forums for comments BEFORE Floyd fought the top opponents he faced at the time. Many thought Floyd would get KO'd and lose the "0". He disappointed many of them.
Floyd's faced opponents coming off of WINS who held title belts at the time they fought and then beat them ALL and snatched their belts.
I know that hurts to read, but it's just reality.
Most polls though would show that most picked Floyd.
Example:
- Guerrero: On one poll here, 85% had Floyd winning .... now those other 15% will post and make threads saying Floyd will lose ..... and you Floyd fans come back after the fight and say what you said which is nonsense!Last edited by ADP02; 06-22-2013, 12:26 PM.Comment

If you mean by legitimate threat, the fighter "must go thru Berto" then that did happen ..... but for the rest of us we need more than that!Comment

First, define "legitimate threat".
Also, I have a question. If Shane Mosley was not a threat, why did so many people accuse Mayweather of being afraid of him before the fight was signed?Comment

The answer is never. I'm not interested in splitting hairs. In terms of Floyd being the overwhelming underdog and everybody in the streets talking about how he's "probably going to get killed" and all that sort of business it's never happened. Floyd has never faced an opponent of that level of threat to him. Not the way Bernard Hopkins has on countless occasions, not the way Muhammad Ali did when he faced George Foreman, Pacquiao when he faced De La Hoya, Duran when he faced Barkley, ect, ect, ect.Comment
