I do think though that Calzaghe would have beat ward... His hand speed and activity would be too much for ward,, it would be close and probably look alot like joe-hopkins fight
    Brutal schedule

He beat a much older and shopworn Kessler whereas Joe beat the prime Kessler.

Then ward beat Allen Green....Allen ****ing Green the guy that Glen and Kessler steamrolled.

Then he beat an older and worse version of Bika while Joe beat the younger Bika.

He moved onto Abraham a career middleweight who had lost 2 of his last 3...

Finally he beat Froch a decent but not exceptional fighter.

Yeah it was a good 2 year run especially by today's standards but who did he beat besides older, worn out versions of guys Calzaghe already beat or limited guys like Abraham and Froch.

Froch is about equal to Robin Reid IMO.

Both versions of Kessler were frauds.

Fixed it for you for accuracy.

Ward's resume does get overrated sometimes because he was in the Super Six. I remember people making all kinds of excuses for him for not fighting Bute because of his supposed "brutal schedule". Froch's schedule has been far more taxing.
