At 152 Floyd can be hit. Weve seen it happen twice.
Ummm ok... So? I ain't trying to argue about this cause I think Floyd beats the ginger out of Canelo at any weight. But it was pretty hypocritical of a Floyd fan to **** on someone else's catchweight.

Stop dude, why are you protecting Sergio, and he was the goods he never had skill to begin with his last fight proved it, he is clumsy and awkward, he would hunch low with his hands down backing out and throwing that wild over hand punch, and than occasional snot out some boogers pressing his nostril with his glove.

His style is atrocious, no fundamentals at all. the guy should move up seriously what else is left for him if he is so great. Roy Jones and James Toney and B hop moved up.
Maybe he walked around at different weights between different fights....

Fernando Vargas walked around at nearly 200lbs but fought at 154. Weight don't mean SHIT it's all about what weight you are most effective. Stop using these little ass dudes and comparing them to Sergio moving up to fight. He started at 147 and you're saying move up to 168. That's 21 pounds at the worst weight to move up (unless you Tommy Hearns) - plus he's 37...PLUS there IS no cherrypicking dudes that also moved up in weight with him or weight draining dudes to fight him.

Ill wait for the fight to play out before screaming weight drained. One thing I know for sure is Canelo will have trained harder than he ever has before.

well i don't care how he loses..if it's by tko then so be it. but its obvious he's done (i felt he lost to murray) so rather than fight some no hoper then retire he should fight golovkin, take the inevitable beating like a champ and pass on the torch/wbc title/#1 middleweight spot...

            153.5 lbs BTW.

Canelo has bad stamina. Losing an extra 1.5 lbs will not help.

Not if you listen to the way him and his people tell it. In their interviews they act as if they got over on Mayweather. The kid says the weights not an issue. That's good enough for me.

Most boxers are hypocrites, I think people overlook the fact that boxing is a business and the fighters are a product. When trying to make money in a business, and hold an advantage over the competition, there is no room for honesty, I think the only honest boxers are naive.

That being said what annoyed me about Sergio Martinez was his fanbase ( People like Bushbaby) who acted as though he was one of a select few who upheld the sport's values and principles.

Martinez has become faded after many many years of fighting bums from Europe and a few years of fighting hype jobs (Pwill, Pavlik, Chavez)

It's funny how people keep saying Barker, Macklin, and now Murray are better than advertised. Maybe Martinez is worse than advertised.
