No one likes this catchweight, but I'd rather the catchweight than no fight at all. Yes Floyd is a hypocrite for making the catchweight after saying he "fights guys where there comfortable". And every poster on here is jumping for joy and pointing fingers and calling Floyd a hypocrite, whilst Manny is making Rios agree to random testing, when Pacquiao said that random testing weakens the fighter, because you know, giving blood made him lose to Morales, right? Look, we get it, it's a double standard, and it's ok for Manny, but you dude's are seriously an embarrassment to the sport. The best at 147 and the "best" at 154 are fighting. Deal with it.

to me stamina is a great quality in a fighter and I just can't see canelo beating mayweather because his stamina is awful,thats why he'll lose and easily I think,unless he catches mayweather early,but if the fight goes beyond 5 it's over,i can see canelo breathing heavily after the 5th or even the 4th round and just fighting 1 minute out of every round,you are not going to win like that,this guy is too young to be getting tired too quickly,i do think this fight will do him a lot of good though,get a lot of experience and learn a lot too,he's still only 22,i think he'll hit his prime in 2 years,this fight will do him good

Cotto went on to beat a nobody in Jennings and really lost to Clottey, clearly at the time he wasn't the same fighter, perfect for Manny, and on top of that, he fought the welterweight champ at a catchweight, but then fought Clottey at 147? If Canelo immediately moves up to 160 (you know the way a 145 pound Cotto IMMEDIATELY moved up to 154) than maybe you would have a point.
