No one likes this catchweight, but I'd rather the catchweight than no fight at all. Yes Floyd is a hypocrite for making the catchweight after saying he "fights guys where there comfortable". And every poster on here is jumping for joy and pointing fingers and calling Floyd a hypocrite, whilst Manny is making Rios agree to random testing, when Pacquiao said that random testing weakens the fighter, because you know, giving blood made him lose to Morales, right? Look, we get it, it's a double standard, and it's ok for Manny, but you dude's are seriously an embarrassment to the sport. The best at 147 and the "best" at 154 are fighting. Deal with it.

Mayweather never fought anybody that weighed 172 on fight night. So Floyd has his limits. Also Oscar fought Felix Sturm at 160 and fought Hopkins at a catchweight right after the Felix Sturm fight. So look whose talking about insecurity.

Canelo is the insecure one for not fighting in his real weight class which is super middleweight.Plus his camp said they want Martinez to come down to junior Middleweight to fight Canelo even though Canelo comes in as a light-heavyweight on fight night.Mayweather fought at welterweight which is his real weight class.

Arnt you a twisted dip*****! :WORD: After Cotto got beat down my Marg...he came back to win two in a row. lol Your point is invalid. As a matter a fact his last fight was with clottey and he weiged 146 for that fight. Most thought Clottey won the fight by close decision! Needless to say Manny sparked both of them out back to back any ways! Oh and Marg was next!
Im sorry your point was.... now you can STFU!

Whether the fight is at 152 or 154 Mayweather will pitty pat his way to a decision win. However Mayweather does contradict himself a bit. When he signed to fight Cotto (at 154lbs) he took a jab at Pac saying he doesn't fight catch weights and that he likes to fight his opponents at their healthiest. Now all of a sudden with Alvarez he wants a catch weight. VERY contradictive.

Cotto went on to beat a nobody in Jennings and really lost to Clottey, clearly at the time he wasn't the same fighter, perfect for Manny, and on top of that, he fought the welterweight champ at a catchweight, but then fought Clottey at 147? Sorry, your points were.........oh, you had no points.....clown.

                    • I remember when Mayweather considered Cotto undefeated because he only lost to a cheating Margarito n Pacquiao weight drained him... So if canelo losses he will still b undefeated in floyds eyes.
