Pac is one of my all time favorites, but he's top 40, and no where near top 10, let alone top 5.

Manny took on more challenges, never went into "retirement" and honestly fought two hall of fame careers...
Manny won flyweight, SuperBantam championships
Came to America
whipped featherweight kingpin barrera in 2003
Marquez draw in 2004
Morales lost in 2005
Beat down Morales twice and larios in 2006
Beat down Solis and Barrera in 2007
Sure hall of famer at the end of 2007.....
Beat JMM, Diaz, oscar in 2008 in 3 different weight classes
Destroyed Hatton @140 and Cotto at welter in 2009
Beat down Clottey and Margarito in 2010
Beat Sugar Shane and barely beat JMM in a highly debatable win in 2012
Fought undefeated prime Tim Bradley and Fought JMM
that is a second hall of fame career. First one was from 2003-2007 then 2008 to present
About to fight Rios
No easy fights, no Shambra mitchells or henry bruscles,

Facts:
-8 Division champ
-One of the most exciting fighters ever in his prime
-One of the greatest weight jumpers we have ever seen
Notable wins:
-JMM x2 (x3 if the judge had deducted the point from jmm like he was supposed to) - First ballot HOFer
-Morales x2 - First ballot HOFer
-De La Hoya - First ballot HOFer
-Mosley - First ballot HOFer
-Barrera x2 - First ballot HOFer
-Cotto - First ballot HOFer
Has any other fighter destroyed this many HOFers? I seriously doubt it. Only fighters I could see ranked above Pac all time are Ali, Robinson, Leonard and Duran.

I rate him somewhere in the mid-30s of ATGs. Kinda hard to rank a fighter as a top 5 atg when he was never clearly considered the best of his generation. There is just so much history in boxing that cracking the top ten nowadays would require an inhuman run over like 15 years.

In today's boxing world it's impossible to do what the GOATs did, but an impressive enough fighter with the right amount of names could crack that list.

De la hoya's resume better than manny's
Oscar fought guys that were- Chavez twice, Whitaker,Hopkins, Floyd, Manny, Shane twice, Tito, Ike, Vargas, Gatti, Ruelas, Molina, Leija, hernadez, Gonzalez, Yory boy, sturm, Paez, Oba
I thought Oscar had the best resume of the last 25 years
And im probably leaving off some guys
