lol that fight was close as hell... *** the compubox stats... anyone can throw a punch in the fashion of a power punch with the intent of a jab and it will be called a ''power shot''... Oscar didn't have a scratch on him post fight.

He will learn when he goes to the body and is getting countered on the top of his head.

When September 14th comes around, at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Canelo is not going to target the head of Mayweather and chase a knockout that never comes by trying to land a shot to the chin. Instead the 22-year-old boxer will target the body to break Mayweather down, and then place his shots upstairs.

And Floyd did? It was relatively easy at times for Floyd to land what he wanted when he wanted, he was in total control and he nullified every adjustment that Oscar tried to make, I'm sorry, but I just can't say because A guy is a superstar and that he didn't get knocked out that his fight with Floyd was close. The only reason someone would say that fight was close is solely out of respect for who Oscar is. 4 rounds to 8.

I would agree that the Oscar fight was not close. It was ok for the first 5 rounds maybe

has Mayweather ever been buckled by a body shot? The only time I remember seeing Mayweather wobbled/hurt was at the end of round 2 against Mosley, from a short counter-punch to the temple. That's any fighter's best chance against PBF cause you're not going to outbox him. Canelo's best asset might be his accuracy, so he might have as good of a chance as any to land on that sweet spot.

Of course he looked better against the old shop worn Mosley.

Do they think Mayweather has never had someone try to attack his body? Or, do they think Mayweather doesn't know how to do defend/counter someone who's attacking the body?

                    I don't get it lol

Easier said than done. I've heard this for 17rs now. Go to the body go to the body lol.
Floyd is not gonna take no punishment with his dad in his corner.

Canelo will find out quick that Mayweather is on another level.

Like Chris byrd said: (Floyd will give it to you then take it away) What he means by that is.....Floyd will put his hands down, lean forward, stand in front of you making you think you can hit him. Then you swing and miss, then get countered with speed and accuracy and precision by Floyd.

Now if Floyd fights flat footed like he did against Cotto,Hatton,Mosley,Delahoya, then maybe Canelo can score those body shots.

But even when Floyd is on the inside he still can catch body shot punches with his arms and counter off of that. He is a complete fighter.

This fight will look like the Marquez fight.
Canelo is just a bigger version of Marquez.
