Angulo will lose. He's too slow. "Perro" will be plodding along all night as Lara continually lands pot-shots and counters. I think the fight will end in a decision, but wouldn't be surprised if Erislandy stops Alfredo. I wouldn't mind betting points, if you're down.

I am a huge nuthugger of cuban pugilists.. But I find Lara a bit overrated. He struggled with Vanes and Molina.. Both were supposed to be outclassed by Lara but that wasnt the outcome. On the other hand, Angulo has the style to make Lara pay, as Lara isnt the defensive wizard that Rigondeaux is. I pick Angulo by KO in 11 rounds.

I hope Angulo pulls of the KO win, i appreciate that Lara is slick and skilled but i have found some of his fights lackluster to say the least.

People just heavily sleep on Molina, who IMO is the divisions best, silently.
And Vanes is actually really really good. Gritty mentality and has some pretty fascinatingly fast hands for a guy his size.

I'm a hardcore fan, so I have a high level of appreciation for skills, but I'm never content with Lara, especially considering I know he's capable of a lot more. Lara is suppose to stop Angulo, so I hope he delivers.

Soooo basically you want him to go toe to toe with u, because that's your only hope. In the words of Andre Ward (when you have a style that people cant beat they tend to knock it). Why don't brawlers learn how to cut the ring off? Running and moving are two different things.
