          You dont NEED to run but you do NEED some sort of long sustained cardio whether it be running,swimming,cycling,rowing etc.

            If you dont Run you better do some rope in the gym that part is essential. (which James Toney did do btw) that is just as good.

                    He looked flabby, just like Arreola, another guy who doesn't like to run. You can have good stamina and be fat. You are going to have a hard time getting ripped with out some sort of distance running, swimming a few laps in the pool ain't gonna cut it.

                      Ray Oliveira got a 357 through the knee and couldn't run. He was a 12 round fighter and i think world champ at 1 point. I dont think he could run most of his career
