Of course you would say that
floyd could fight against the corps of Arutro Gatti and you would say its anyones fight and a great match up

Guerrero is the definition of basic and mediocre. He won 1 round against Floyd. Going into the fight many thought he would make it a "dog fight" and push Floyd to the limit. But he was scared to throw a punch. Some of the very people in this thread arguing against me as a matter of fact were hyping up Guerrero as an opponent because of his toughness and relentless pressure.
So he should just continue fighting mediocre fighters instead of those that might stand a chance?

Man nobody thought that about Guerrero except Floyd fans to justify that crap fight or Floyd haters. I can't understand support of mediocre fighters like this

Wasn't pretty but the job got done. canelo has wouldn't he has one win over a ranked guy at his weight. Garcia has good fundamentals and heart good counter skills would actually punch with Mayweather to land a shot which is how you Ko a figter with good defense. Alexander is a southpaw has a very good trainer has heart improved good speed decent power and punch variety. titles at two weights beat better Como than the rest.id he isn't next that's cool. Of he keeps winning he should get a shot
Never heard of Devon Alexander. Who is she, and is she that good she can beat a man?

He at least has a puncher's chance and can cut off the ring. He's way too slow to beat Mayweather, but he has power to at least make people buy into the threat.

                  Puncher's chance>Zero chance

Devon Alexander is almost exactly the type of fighter you would create in a lab to give the least competitive fight imaginable for Floyd Mayweather Jr. A guy with incredibly predictable punches that he warns you he's about to throw by grunting, AND is incredibly open to the right hand? It's a dream come true for Mayweather.

It will probably happen but it's a fight I'm not interested in. I didn't buy the Floyd vs Guerrero fight and I won't fight this one if it happens.

                      ****!!
OP are you for real bro?
Devon Alexander worth a shot against Floyd Mayweather?

There's many reason this fight shouldn't happen, Devon Alexander stands absolutely no chance whatsoever against Floyd!
This fight will be Alexander vs Purdy but in reverse, Alexander wouldn't be able to do anything to Mayweather!

You don't seriously expect Devon to cause Mayweather any problem do you really?
He got out hussled by Timothy Bradley...
He in alot of peoples eyes lost against Lucas Matthysse!
He got a gift and a half decision against Kotelnik...

These fights all may of happened in the past when he wasn't a 147lbs fighter but you can not ignore it, you don't beat a washed up fighter like Lee Purdy then expect to fight the best fighter in the world do you?!

IF Devon want's to fight Mayweather he HAS to take the test!!!

He needs to man up, pick up his game and fight a real legitimate challenge at 147lbs!!!
No other excuses it will be the only way to do it he needs...

                      He needs to fight.....

                      YES... Andre Berto...

The gate-keeper to a Floyd Mayweather fight... so what say you Devon Alexander???
