light heavyweight. he was 172 lbs in the trout fight. anything between 168 and 175 is a lightheavy. the guy has no shame.

GTFO, Trout was 171 fight night. Does Floyd need new rules to help with his size handicap? Or how about he stops pretending to be a champ in the weightclasses he's too small for?

Thats right, Canelo runs this bitch. If Floyd wants to cash out, he has to fight him at his weight.

Make no mistake about it, Canelo is just starting. Canelo is a shy away to become the next PPV star at the age of 22. Canelo can be endlessly matched up, and make $$ by the bricks.

Its Floyd who is running out of time/opponents.

Vamos Canelo Mexico esta contigo, take 154 division by the horns.

          Did you expect any less?

Doesn't matter. He'll have to face Lara at some point. Hell, I'll throw Vanes in there too.

But remember Floyd is a 2x AND current SWW champ, rated #1 contender as he was very happy to point out till recently.
Boy. Could you split hairs any thinner? Hatton was two fights removed from winning that title. One more fight than Mayweather is. I agree with what you say and want the fight at 154lbs, but apply the logic wherever it goes and don't be hypocritical about it. People seem to make 'best weights' relevant whenever it pleases them and when it doesn't suit their agenda, they ignore it.

I'm not splitting hairs. The guy's been #1 rated 154 for a year, he made sure to remind us. Unlike Hatton who was a welter afterthought. Floyd is holding the 154 title right fcuking now. It'd be disgraceful for one SWW champ to drag another down.

wtf do you mean cash out? Canelo is the one calling for a fight with Floyd not the other way around guy. Also, Canelo has yet to headline a PPV fight so how us he going to be the next big PPV attraction? there is no one at 154 besides cotto that they can sell off as a PPV fight. He won't move up to middleweight to fight an opponent whose PPV worthy, so he'll continue doing what he's doing while mayweather continues to make $32 mil a fight

Alvarez is sitting pretty, can't blame him. 154 is probably where he'll be for another 5 years or more.
