DLT, you forgot two important factors. Floyd didn't beat Hatton at his best weight, and Corrales didn't even want to fight Floyd at 130, he wanted 135 because he was having trouble making weight.

To keep it fair Pacquiao did beat Morales when he was struggling to make 130 aswell.

Pacquiao's initial destruction of Barrera is as impressive as Floyd's win over Corrales. Thus, what we're really debating here is if Pacquiao's 5 other wins over Mexican legends is as good as Floyd's win over someone who never looked good at 147lbs. In case you didn't already know, the answer to that is a resounding yes - and if you even try to argue against that then you're just being plain ******.

Floyd is regarded as the best of his generation by 99% of all fighters and trainers in the sport.... this thread is just nitpicking.

The Hatton weight thing is offset by Floyd starting 2 weight classes lower than Hatton and Hatton being a naturally bigger guy who is bigger than Floyd on fight night.

I never buy the Chico thing. People always say he was struggling to make weight but 3 and a half years later Chico was still fighting at SFW and was the champ there. To me they just try to discredit Floyd's win. You cant say its a weight problem when nearly 4 years later he's still fighting at that same weight.

Also, check out the fight night weight for Floyd vs Hatton & Chico. Then check out the fight night weights for Pac vs EM 2 & 3. Pac is coming into the ring at 145 pounds for a 130 pound fight. I remember seeing Pac at 145 for a SFW fight while Floyd was 146 in the ring vs Zab at WW
