how about Morales losing 5 out of 6 fights and his only win being against Pacquiao does that maybe tell you where he was at in his career ?

nah, there is a difference between styles and a HOF fighter getting dominated by an average guy, slick or not. He shut him out and he's been garbage ever since. Before that fight I dont see EM losing to Raheem at all and at the least there is no way he gets shut out. Once that happens then you know he's seen his better days, atleast on the elite level.

I could give Pac a pass for fighting him because he did just lose to him but he shouldnt have gotten a ton of credit for the win. Everyone went crazy like Pac was the greatest when no one even cared when Raheem beat hm. What I wont give Pac a pass for is fighting him that 3rd time right after and again people went even crazier. It made no sene to me.

I know Morales wasn't the same, but it was still a good win. I remember at the time, the way Manny finished him off, you could tell he lost a step, but the "revenge" storyline kind of clouded people's judgments.

Overall, I'd agree that EM wasn't the same.

Pacquaio hasn't lost twice to Marquez, but cool story bro. You wanna keep sucking Floyd off more or what? I see you also claiming hes on steroids too, damn you are making yourself look ******.

The point of the thread was to compare an achievement objectively, that too hard for you I guess.

He fights him coming off of a near shutout by Raheem and gets ton of credit for it like the Raheem fight never happened. Not only that but they actually allow him to fight him a 3rd time after EM is shutout by Raheem and KO by Pac. He then gets mad credit for it again. How is that allowed? He also got KTFO by JMM.

Is everyone just going to erase those facts? That 2nd MAB win wasnt special either. The only great wins out that group was the 1st MAB win and the JMM fights but again, he got KTFO by JMM in the end
MAB had a damn metal plate in his head if i can remember. Someone correct me if i am wrong. It was almost like a Joe Mesi situation leading up that Barrera vs Pac fight.
