based on broners fights, and based on lucas's fights, if they fought tomorrow, i believe lucas would win, just like you believe broner would win. its that simple

will broner get better? most likely. does he stand a chance against lucas? yes, any boxer with a good skillset does. doesnt mean he "beats the tar off him" doesnt even mean he wins...

Yes Garcia can outbox Matthysse. Matthysse fights on his heels coming forward. Anyone can be hurt by anyone in boxing. There has been NO indication in Garcia's past fights that Garcia's chin is not sturdy enough. Hurt by old man Morales lol. I bet you weren't saying "old man Morales" after the Maidana fight...and Matthysse lost to old man Judah...Garcia beat him up.
