I dont know if this is the same thing. I get the rub, but I think interesting people have stories told about them. Are the Klits interesting?
No, soccer matches invloving European competition is the largest sporting event both watched and played. Football ( ridiculous name cause you basically use hands) i sonly played ina few countries but US propaganda has made it appealing to countries were they don´t even play it.

The Klitschkos are great. Don´t get confused with thier style and the " slick " i.e. running, hugging. Mayweather and " fighters" with similar style fight like cowards, the Klitchskos don´t. They are not running or holding for half the fight. Even Marquez, which is considered a counter puncher does not run or hug to take advantage. He moves his waist, head, etc. Mayweather, who is the succesor of Whitaker and Leonard is boring and a coward. Whitaker was th king of cowardness, watch the last round of Whitaker- De la Hoya, it´s frustrating.

WOmens sports yes-Maybe peggy fleming or dorthy hamil, gabby douglass or mary lou retton.

Says more about the US viewer than the Klits though. Perhaps they should attract more viewers.
          Um... Tim Tebow? Michael Oher?

I'm sorry but you're sounding a bit ignorant, IMO.

Bro you serious? Tim Tebow was popular as hell in college. And even when he was in college, you would hear a Tebow story every week about how he's a man of god, ******, humanitarian work, etc. dude didn't even get paid and he was a college star...

And then even in the NFL... When he started for the broncos and won like 7 games and play off game.. He was the only thing they talked about ok espn and the whole damn country was talking about Tebow. Hell you had NFL players doing the "Tebow" someone has probably done the "Tebow" in a Super Bowl since then and you said your self the Super Bowl is huge, so how does that not make him popular?

Hell he wasn't even or is a top player in nfl and he's poplar..... I don't see how two blood brothers owning the HW division in boxing couldn't be popular because they're too whatever you're saying they are.

I dunno. maybe it's just me, but like I said you sound(ed) a Bit ignorant. IMO

I see many people referring to the "Klits" or "Klitschkos" but I really feel you shouldn't do that

Wlad is the one often called boring, it's just his style but fair enough. If you aren't inspired by this guy, who was knocked out several times but came back like this, then I think you have something against him for no reason.

Vitali on the other hand isn't often called boring. He engages and has been in wars himself, look at the Lewis fight in 03. He has a totally different style and it's very entertaining, not to mention he often has great ring entrances

He plays it safe on occasion but that happens. He's not really boring, just fights at a slow pace with subtle nuances that many can't appreciate. His right cross is one of my favorite punches in the sport.

Respectfully, you didn't answer my question. Has Tim Tebow been embraced by the US sportsfan?

Tim did get a ton of coverage as a college student for the reasons you stated. But since he has been a pro he has gotten more noteriety for being ineffective. The players were mocking Tebow by doing that-didn't you realize that?

I said, if you read, that US fans don't generally embrace sports stars with these charachteristics because they don't make people feel anything.

You've made it clear you think I'm ignorant but you have provided no evidence of boring sports personalities transcending their sport.

US fans tend to gravitate toward sports stars tha make them feel something. Wlad doesn't do that.
