Ok, so why is Manny Pacquiao using USADA again?

Manny will use VADA instead of USADA based on recent news....

VADA had already tested and exposed positive result of Andre Berto and Lamont Peterson and USADA has none.USADA has been in some controversy covering up Floyd 3x positive result of taking PED and throwing samples with positive result of Wright....Golden boy upon testing positive of his fighters(Berto and Peterson) by VADA immediately switch testing agency to USADA(something fishy going on USADA which is Floyd fav).

Rios is Pacquiao's next opponent not Marquez. Hasn't Roach had a history of working with fighters that used PED's?

And we have been saying this since 09, had Manny MANNED up and agreed to the tests WITH NO CUT OFFS, the fight would have happened back then.

And if BOTH Pac and Floyd had not been Prima Donna's the fight might have been made. And it's a huge assumption to say that if Pac had agreed, Floyd would not have thrown up other obstacles. Both Pac and Floyd were in a power-play and no one wins power-plays when egos this huge are involved.
