Presumably they'd work out an arrangement with a local WADA accredited agency for collection. It'd still be processed by USADA. That's just a possibility.
Washington did something similar for the Peterson/Holt bout too I believe. Thats what bugs me about Vegas. They have so much damned money coming in yet its too expensive to upgrade commission testing? No fcking way.
