I assume the thought of getting busted would be enough of a deterrant but look at Lance Armstrong and what he went through to not get caught cheating. A hell of a lot more pressure than some boxers that only recently got up to speed about doping and testing for stuff out of the ordinary. So under those circumstances yeah asking for any kind of cutoff date was highly su****ious. We aren't just talking about a day or two but a good 2 to 3 weeks.

Whats the big deal if Floyd asked for it? Maybe he was scared Manny would cheat. So? Manny was scared Oscar and Cotto would cheat so he put things in place to ensure they wouldn't. No one was screaming "duck" then.

Floyd never asked Oscar for drug testing. Cotto is a post-Pac opponent so why wouldn't he ask for testing unless it be found out he was blowing smoke screens all along...

Not only did Floyd agree to 50/50 and the ****** Million per pound weight limit issue, he LITERALLY BEGGED Pacquiao to take the fight, even offering to push the limit of testing back either 7 or 14 days on ESPN! Team Manny had every excuse in the book. Now that he was on the wrong end of KO6 he wants to clean up boxing and has nothing to hide. this was a straight up b**** move, unless they admit their mistakes and transgressions in the past and give Mayweather his just due for pioneering this sh**.

I have no problem with either VADA or USADA doing the testing they're both better than nothing. If at any point you've actually believed one is the "good" agency and the other one is a corrupt puppet organization run by Floyd, you're a fool.
