Whats the big deal if Floyd asked for it? Maybe he was scared Manny would cheat. So? Manny was scared Oscar and Cotto would cheat so he put things in place to ensure they wouldn't. No one was screaming "duck" then.

JMM passed the same commission tests that you said Manny was passing and that indicated he was clean. so is rios. so manny has no need to be scared.

There is a branch in china called the Chinada and there's also branches in the Phippines. Same protocol and everything.
