Why do so many boxers beat up women?

Women assault men (and young children) more often than men strike women. But there's a double standard in society that says that men should never hit women even if it's in self-defense. A lot of women know this and use it to their advantage. In the court of public opinion and in the court of law, they will always get a free pass. That's not equality. It's total bs.

I remember when a chick put a cigarette out on my face. What was I supposed to do? Thank her? I slapped that ***** and the police took her to jail for assault and I was just acting in self defense.

She ended up copping a plea. And yes, she deserved to have her ass kicked.

If she did that, but you could get away from her, it was not self defense. A cigarette getting put out on your face isn't a lethal thing and if you had room to move away, then you should have done so and then called the cops on her. Hitting her only meant you were acting out of anger... NOT self defense... there is quite a difference.

To me, dykes are not women, they are men in women's bodies.

There's a "woman" at my workplace who is openly lesbian and walks, talks, and otherwise behaves like a man. She's even built like a man (no feminine hips and no breasts). Although she's nice to women, she's extremely disrespectful and obnoxious toward men (she really hates men and is intensely envious of us).

I would never hit a woman, but if anybody were to strike her, it would be understandable because it would be virtually the same as hitting an obnoxious man.

Women who are bully types like that typically are so because of being beaten by men early in their lives and then more often later on. They then try to take the roll of a man to be "tough". She is still a woman and has less capacity to hurt you than you hurting her. If I am being attacked by a woman, I will restrain her, put her in some sort of joint lock if necessary and then call the cops or until she calms down. Striking her is only a last resort such as she has a knife, gun, etc and you cannot run from her to call the cops.

Some of you tough guys on here have to remember that if you hit a woman or anyone else, they fall and hit their head and wind up dying, you will be charged with manslaughter at the very least or some sort of murder in the worst. No matter how much of a bi*ch she may be or even a man for that matter... the first thing you will be asked in court is if you could get away... if you could and chose to fight, you were "fighting" and that SD crap goes out the window. That person get seriously hurt and you'll be someones ***** in prison for a long time.

Pugalistic Dementia. That is what causes them to become insanely violent. It's not just boxers...It's NFL Players as well. The big impact(s) that the brain takes within these violent contact sport causes them to become demented. I don't condone it or make any excuses for them but I expect this from these men who are a part of these sports and in some ways, I understand. If they could help it, I'm certain they would. This is someone who can concuss a full adult male with one shot. Do you think they want to do that to a little lady??? Of course they don't. They simply can't help themselves. Do research on dementia from contact sports and you'll get a better understanding.

Yes, this has recently come out to have these adverse effects on the brain.

Also, if one is trained in any art from boxing to muay thai, kung fu, take your pick, you are taught to react to their movement... it's very hard to turn that "switch" if you will... off. Similiar to how a war vet who comes back after being shot at, but is never taught to cope in a world where they will not likely ever be shot at again. They don't do enough for the soldiers to turn off their "switch" either.

Because boxing is a barbaric sport as well as the men who partake in it. You can't really expect the vast majority of men who box to be a ladies man. They have been hit far too many times in the head and have brain damage.

You never hear much of golfers or tennis players beating women like boxers do, right?

Get away from her? Dude, are you for real? We were having sex at the time. How in the hell was I supposed to get away from her? We had to finish having sex, first. Then I kicked her ass.

Crazy women have a way of pushing you to the edge. When I was 21 I lived with a girl that was like this. I remember driving with her in the passenger seat and arguing about trivial stuff. I get to our destination (grocery store) run in to grab some stuff and come out to see this b**** had shattered the front windshield of my mothers car we was driving. I'm like F***! "why did you do that?" ....she just crying and saying sorry. So I get in and start driving home heated telling her I'm dropping her off at home and going to my friends house to avoid fighting more. Not realizing the extent of her actions she gets upset and tells me not to. Smh. I get to our apartment and tell her to get out I'm leaving. She opens her door and slaps me across my face with all her strenght... I had no time to register and threw a right jab to her body without thinking. That's the nature of crazy girls. That was the first and last time I laid hands on a girl but I would most def do it again in a similar situation

I went to the park with this girl for a romantic afternoon. When we left, I was the perfect gentlemen and opened her car door first. She then locked the door and held the latch down so I could not get in. After a few minutes, I walked back to the park and started talking with this other girl. When my "date" came looking for me, I walked back to my car, got in and drove away. I haven't seen he since, but I sure left her at the park.

There is a difference between acting in self-defence and anger but that doesn't mean the two do not overlap. If someone stubs a cigarette in your face and you hit them back it would be seen as self-defence, unless they ran away ( forcing you to chase them down), or you pummeled them to the point that it became excessive.

If someone attacks you're entitled to use reasonable force in relation to the threat that you sincerely believe exists. If someone burns a cigarette in your face, a prosecution would have a hard time proving that your belief that they would attack you again is insincere.
