so figure it out guys, if julio was too young at 25 to fight castillo then youre goddamn right juan is too young to fight the best guys at lightweight at 22 YEARS OLD. HOW CAN YOU TALK ABOUT A 28-0 22 YEAR OLD (WHO HOLDS A ****IN BELT BY THE WAY) LIKE HES A SPEEDBUMP FOR EVERYONE ELSE?
it seems like nobody has been trashing my boy since he whooped jose cotto's ass. about time you fools recognized the wrath of the baby bull.

by top 135 pounders you mean corrales and castillo? yeah big deal, they are all time great fighters, diaz is a young up and comer. diaz is the future of the division, castillo and corrales will be retired before he even hits his prime.

after watching freitas/raheem i have no doubt he would give a very good showing against either guy. would he lose? maybe. but he wouldnt be layed out on his back.

i also dont think julio or jesus could get the job done. people seem to be really high on julio but he hasnt fought a decent fight since losing to castillo. julio is going to become IBF interim champion so i think a fight between him and juan for a unification may be likely somewhere down the road. if it happens we can make a friendly wager on it.

as for chavez, he is injured i believe and not defending his title. that being the reason julio diaz is fighting for the interim.

Diaz is fighting Quiles...I guess i'll wait to see how he presents himself in that fight until I speculate on a Diaz/Diaz showdown. I still think Julio is the fighter with more upside, but I may be wrong.

I just feel like Juan has shown just about everything he's going to show us. He overachieves...and good on him for doing so and being successful. I just think the Barrios, Freitas, Chavez type fighters would pound him into submission.

I think some of the criticism comes because Juan is overweight, he's had a title for about 1 year and a half and hes yet to fight anyone of note. He is just holding that title, he didnt beat anybody of name for it and he hasnt defended it against a sombody either.

I agree that he is inexperienced, he should be fighting at 130 where he might pose a threat, but to hold a title that most people feel its without merit is where the criticism comes from. A paper champion.

just because lavka sim is not well known does not mean he was not legit and tough

he has never had a taught physique, i don't see where this is a factor as his conditioning in fights is second to none
