He may not have had a grudge initially for the Cotto/Mayweather fight; but I think Arum is salty that he probably chose to do business with them for the Trout fight.

I probably don't blame Cotto either...hindsight being 50/50, Trout was all wrong for him from a size standpoint, but I doubt he wanted to play those TR catchweight games, and Cotto I think was salty over Bobfathers insistence on supporting Margarito. If Cotto and Pacquiao each get a decent win this year or the next, I wouldn't mind seeing them square off as sort of a final farewell fight for both of them

Cotto also plays those CW games, and 150 is more than fair enough to him. If anything, it's his best weight now that he can't make welter. But I pretty much agree on the rest, there was some rancor around Trout Cotto. IMO Cotto got a little carried away with his relative success vs Floyd, and forgot about the size factor that didn't figure there (or did to his advantage)

Not after getting KTFO in his last fight he doesnt, you moron. ANY fighter would need a tune up after that and to say otherwise just shows a complete lack of understanding of the sport.

He only did that w/ Margarito...he has no history of playing any sort of games like that w/ any other fighter. He's been in a position now for awhile to make stipulations and he never did. The Margarito fight was a special case, I think, just trying to stiff his rival any which way he can. I'm not going to hold that against him. Either way, on the night they fought, Cotto wasn't getting denied a W, no matter what weight they fought at, and he pitched a shut-out.

But if Pac is asking for another catchweight, if I'm Cotto, I'm thinking like, this nucca already beat my ass at a CW, just fight me straight up at 154 and get it over with; why play those games. It just boggles my mind from an outsider. Pac can come in at 147 and still theoretically still be too fast for Cotto. I think if they would have just stuck to 154, the fight would have been made. Also, Cotto is thinking...if the best fighter in the world, who generates the most money is paying me the most $ and no weight games, why should I do so for Pacquiao. Doesn't make sense.

Now Team Pac can't get a quality opponent, everyone keeps turning them down. I think Team Koncz and Co have burned enough bridges

The super division are a joke either way...
If you don't like the catchweight idea then don't do the fight...
When is someone going to get rid of these super divisions!!

Lara was suppose to be a cherry pick after he should have lost to Molina. He had a very low output and seen as a rather easy target for a rapid puncher like Williams

Why would he fight him at 154 when he wouldn't even fight him at 147?

lara was still a really good counter puncher and a stylistic nightmare for pwill.....you can't compare this to rios.
