Its weird how people want pac to fight a guy he already destroyed who has also really slipped thru the yearsComment

He's coming off a KO loss, a fighter like Cotto isn't an easy comeback fight. I don't like the Rios fight, but it is what it is.Comment

Let me help you with the timeline:
1. After Marg, Pac says he's done moving up for good, going down to 147.
2.Cotto makes unprecedented request to defend his SWW title at 150, with a 160 rehydration clause. Against a one eyed bum, no less
3. Arum really wants Cotto back in the fold, offer Cotto a rematch at 147, 148 max.
4. Cotto says, is this guy afraid of me, he's offering Marg 150 and not me. I'm not fighting below 150.
5. Team Pac offers 150, Cotto blames weight and money, goes on to look like a midget and lose to Trout for peanutsComment

I do think he would, but I really don't see any need for a rematch. Their first fight wasn't close. Also, I think Team Pacquiao are being sensible with their matchmaking right now - and rightly so. Pacquiao's just come off an awful loss and doesn't need to really risk losing again already, because if he did, his value would plummet.Comment

so why did pac-tards want a fight with jmm or bradley? pac was coming off a ko lost right? why did pac-tards want to throw him in there with the sharks again? pac could have easily fought cotto at the full 154 weight limit. there would be no excuses.Comment

pac is suppose to have a easy touch after a ko loss but they were trying to fight jmm and bradley next.....that just tells me he wants to fight for money. and cotto brings waaaaaay more money than rios.I do think he would, but I really don't see any need for a rematch.
