I am completely biased but how could Showtime or Golden prefer any of those fights to a Canelo crowd on Mexican Independence day?
Just doesn't seem like smart business. Floyd is going to do good PPV numbers no matter when he fights but none of these are PPV worthy. Ortiz and Khan are worse than Guerrero and Garcia is a good fighter but no way he is able to catch Floyd with anything..
I am sure it will get sorted out but I would be very dissapointed if they go with a Floyd cherry pick over Canelo's potential PPV coming out party in September. Got to strike while the iron's hot.

In the poll, 85% of posters thought that Floyd would win. So all Floyd did was do what we all expected. Guerrero had one plan and when that didn't work he basically packed his bags up. Guerrero was as I thought going to be slow to do what he was trying to do and on the inside, Floyd was basically allowed to hold all night long.

What I agree with you is that Canelo needs more time to fix his stamina issues and in the meantime should take on guys like Lara and Molina ....

People need to realize that Floyd has to fight 5 more opponents. So any and all of these can easily be a option.

There really is simply nobody else left for Mayweather, that's what it comes down to at the end of the day.

Pacquiao is finished. He's got a fight or two left but the Mayweather-Pacquiao ship has sailed and regardless wouldn't have happened anyway because of the promotional issues.

I guess there is Canelo... but meh, I'm still not 100% convinced that the kid is the business. But I guess this is the only guy left I would like to see Mayweather fight. All the other proposed fights are garbage.
