I see him taking a Maidana type fighter in September as a stay-busy, with the promise and promotion of Canelo next May.

i think that floyd, who walks around at 150ish, should remain at welter. all fights with 147 limit. no alvarez, floyd has nothing to gain from that fight unless of course, and it's a big consideration, he just wants the biggest possible payday.

who will he fight in september? devon alexander seems likely? maybe garcia?

Bollox...Mayweather would **** Alverez...Just because Marquez has mannys card dosent mean Manny couldn't beat floyd, you need fast movement to beat floyd..dont come in straight lines or he will punish you...Manny has a side to side fast in and out movement that would proper trouble floyd, although i agree with a few people on here, manny is beginning to look his age now.

I agree with you that Floyd is one of the best, not the best because he ducked some people before he retired a few years ago, but how is Alvarez a dangerous fight for him? If Trout outlanded him (I believe Trout won that fight), what do you think Floyd is gonna do to him?

Mayweather refused to get in the ring with Pacquaio, he's never going to get in the ring with Alvarez - don't be crazy. It's NEVER going to happen.

Be happy with Mayweather - Con, or Mayweather - Garcia, because that's the best you are going to get.

I don't understand why people keep saying that Floyd ducked Pac. If all terms were agreed to in the first contract, and Floyd even agreed to an outrageous 10 mil penalty if he comes in overweight, then Pac decides he doesn't want to take the blood test (which is damn near standard procedure now), where is there a duck? I think you're blaming the wrong guy for the fight not happening.
