This thread kills me. Some people won't be happy until Floyd loses, and if it means he has to fight people who will outweigh him by 20 or 30 pounds on fight night then so be it right? Idiots...

Canelo has a Zero shot at beating Floyd period. Anyone who thinks that fight would be competitive has no clue. Floyd would pick him apart fairly easy and with Canelos stamina being crap in the later rounds dont be surprised if Floyd finishes him off. Canelos body is to stiff and flat footed, sure he showed good head movement against trout but Floyd is light years away from trout when it comes to speed and accuracy. Gomez and Cintron were hitting him fairly easy, what do you think Floyd would do to him? I'd say he would finish the fight landing 80% of his punches. Wake up people. After Floyd dominates him the excuse will be that hes still to young and hasnt fought anybody.

Just doesn't seem like smart business. Floyd is going to do good PPV numbers no matter when he fights but none of these are PPV worthy. Ortiz and Khan are worse than Guerrero and Garcia is a good fighter but no way he is able to catch Floyd with anything..
I am sure it will get sorted out but I would be very dissapointed if they go with a Floyd cherry pick over Canelo's potential PPV coming out party in September. Got to strike while the iron's hot.
Floyd was getting boo'd last night and people were asking if the fight was boring on these boards while Canelo has a ton of buzz coming off the Trout Victory.
He's not talking about for September. He's talking about after these upcoming fights play out

It's clear the training camp consisting of eating tacos and throwing heavy rocks was the key. Juan tried it against Floyd as well (even drank some pee for good measure) but to no avail.

Schaefer:"Once garcia cleans out the light welterweight division" wtf they already have a plan there for him. probably gonna pay a couple of people off, rob some fighters thatll probably beat garcia on points if they dont knock him out. Mathysse and Rios would beat garcia.

Dude Floyd put in terms he knew wouldn't be agreed to. Floyd Ducked him harder than Bowe ducked Lewis. First he said Pac has to call him out. Remember that? Pac called him out. Then he said drug testing, then Pac eventually agreed, then he said it can't be 50/50 Pac agreed but. Sometimes a fighter like Floyd and Ghost get together and the only reason the fight sells is because of Floyd, but if the Pac Floyd fight happened all the money generated would have been because of the matchup and not because of any one fighter. Therefor it should have been 50/50. Floyd ducked Pac

                      A. Learn about boxing. Trout even knew he lost the fight.
                      B. Learn about boxing. Outlanding doesn't mean ****. Boxing is judged on a individual round by round basis. Also wtf would matter if I landed 20 jabs in a round and 1 power shot? Alvarez lands 0 jab but 10 power shots. Who prob got the best of the round?
                      C. Alvarez dropped trout for the 1st time in his career. A guy who bullied cotto even though it was close. So by that theory alvarez is very dangerous because of his punching power. He also showed great head movement. Ok improved movement. So that's the toughest fight for him. Alvarez can hit hard and he throws in bunches. Much more dangerous fight than any of those clowns mentioned in the article. Anyone with a brain who watches the sport knows that
