    No Excuses

Ok, many insiders and experts in the boxing world predicted Mayweather would lose this fight because of his age and Guerrero's style. Mayweather clearly dominated and looked great doing it. Lets see when the excuses start pouring on.

I gave Cotto 3 rounds upon first watch (must of been half cut), 2 max on rewatching. Tell me what rounds did you give him?

Cotto doing well against Floyd is bull****. Anybody who says he done good is a bull****ter or a delusional poet for Puerto Rico. He did nothing but land about 2 decent jabs and bloody his nose, that is all. Apart from that he barely put a damn glove on Floyd but people of course got suckered into the d1ck-riding, bias, paid off, senile commentators.
You gave Cotto 2 rounds, but Guerrero 4? I agree with you on most things Dan, but this is not one of them.

What the **** does that have to do with Guerrero being a decent sized welterweight challenger for Floyd?

Size was nothing in this fight. Guerrero looked like the clearly bigger guy to me. He's beaten some big 147 champions to show it, and he's been there for some time now. It's just a weak excuse.

I was never happy with this fight. I never understood what people saw in Guerrero. However, the one thing I'd never say is that he wasn't big enough because he had shown himself to be a more than capable sized 147 and showed by beating more than one big welterweight champion. Not only that, but he was actually physically bigger and weighed more.

This wasn't Marquez vs Floyd. Guerrero could not make 126 (he couldn't make 135 either and would probably struggle now to even get down to 140 easily) if his life depended on it. That means he is not a featherweight. How thick do you need to be to not see that?

Berto is a solid WW while Aydin looks small for the weight. Ghost did what he had to do to get into the best position, got the fight, was soundly defeated and now boxing can move on from it.
