40,000 people in attendance doesn't mean canelo has the power.

What is the largest crowd, not revenue, from a show that Floyd or Manny has done?

Pac vs Clotty did 50,994 in attendance. Floyds big fights have all been in vegas so the max capacity is probably around 14,000.

      Reported for race baiting.

I watched the fight with 4 black guys, and none of them was going for Trout.
If you learn boxing, you wont need race figuires.

So Pac's tickets werent at least $250 each, in fact that average price of those tickets werent anywhere near that.

The fact that Canelo does half of what pac did there is huge
Was talking about when they fought in Vegas and the seats in the back are like 250.
Don't know what the cheapest seat in Cowboys stadium was, probably like 50 bucks for a nosebleed

They sold 40,000 and probably couldve had more if they wanted to. However, there were a ton of very cheap tix and also at the same time, they all werent cheap.

We have to aknowledge that he is Mexican and boxing is just a way bigger sport in Mexico than in the US. Thats going to give him a huge head start over alot of fighters in the 1st place. The fight was in San Antonio which has a huge huge huge Mexican population. The fight was also during Fiesta which means a trillion Mexicans will be in the area at the time anyways so why not go see Canelo fight?

All of those are big factors. Its not like he just went anywhere and sold 40,000. Its like because Devon Alexander does great draws in St. Louis or Peterson does great draws in DC doesnt make them huge draws. At the same time with that being said, 40,000 is 40,000 and like I said, Im sure it couldve been even more. I mean, you can give free tix away and hardly anyone can do 40,000 g's and he's not the only Mexican fighter.

All in all it was a great event for the most part. I felt some racism going on in the area but its to be expected and nothing went down so it was just a great fun night
Me, Chief, his wife and Slim Thug were the only black people in the luxury suite we had, and all was good. Slim Thug even put $100 on Canelo winning versus one of my buddies from the gym that's Mexican.

The only time, where I saw some tensions is when someone outside the Alamodome(I was by myself after the fight with those huge crowds of mostly Hispanics downtown) asked who I was going for. I could tell he was praying that I said Trout so he could try to start shyt, although he was drunk as hell and it was obvious. I just told him the truth and he was excited. I swear, people amaze me with the thought that just because I'm black, that I have to go for the black person.

I've never been like that ever in boxing, and it amazes me that people are. Hell, I don't even go for a fighter because he's from the states and the other isn't. I actually have to like how you fight for me to go for you, not nationality or race, that's insane. I actually put real money on DLH to beat Floyd, and boy was I pissed at the end. Haha. My boy who I was betting with was Mexican and everyone else besides 3 others were going for Floyd, all Mexican also.

Exactly I understand that, dude is the 3rd if not 4th biggest draw and might be number 1 some day.

              No doubt about it.

I bet he can't do near that as much in Vegas or somewhere else were they weren't giving away tickets all over the state like they were free food stamps for the needy......regardless what y'all wana think Floyd still holds the ppv drawing power so canelo need to slow his role and not demand ****. Y'all act like he sold out cowboys stadium at normal ppv ticket prices.

I didn't see no one upset after the fight, everyone was happy when leaving the Alamodome, so what you have to say is false. Come again...
What can I say, Canelo is well promoted, but for someone who doesn't buy into hype, I saw a fighter coast in the championship rounds to play it safe against a guy that couldn't hurt him. Rigo showed more bravado in the championship rounds against a bigger guy that was the division's and P4P's best ko puncher all while leading in the score cards. Morales switched south just to clown Pac in the last round while being ahead in the fight with a power puncher like Pac. Canelo, the Mexican Bada$$, decides to play it safe while being the bigger puncher against a guy that couldn't hurt him.
