Kind of like Rigondoux did last week against Donaire right? Except Canelo wasn't being as annoying with it and running around the right. He looked much more of a smooth operator and aesthetically pleasing to the eye with his defense.

I mean, he out-defended the advertised "slick boxer" tonight and dodged more punches than he did.

Rigondeaux out threw and out landed Donaire, Canelo was the complete opposite. Take off the tinted glasses they messed up your scoring.

Robbery is when one guy is busted up, beaten up and bruised. Not the guy who doesn't have a mark on his face, who was slipping, bobing and weaving almost every punch thrown at him, and knocking the other guy down and hurting him.

You defending Canelo says something about the fight! I see your defending him, it was a close fight but Trout won more rounds... Like Marquez and Pacquiao 2 and 3! The fights were close but MAJORITY of the people had Marquez winning!

Look at this board, Canelo is much more popular than Trout... But for some reason neutral fans who really don't like either are siding with Trout I wonder why? I guess slipping 71% of punches isn't taking a technician off his game plan..the dude stood in the middle of the ring and said hit me...hit me..hit me..Trout did as much as fan him..the brawler took the technician off his gamplan..wayyyy before scoring came into play..

We'll have to see the stats because he was throwing like hell after the 8th. you can slip more punches when your opponent is throwing with reckless abandon.

And I don't think there ever should be a Canelo vs Mayweather. Canelo weighed 172 tonight! Floyd will get into the ring May 4th no more than 152 pounds at the most. A natural 20 pound difference! These are 2 whole different weight classes. Floyd is a Welterweight at the end of the day, and a small one at that.

If I had to feel the pain or lackthereof, I would be in Canelo's body that night, experiencing what he experienced. He had the easier time and he was the Ring General. Not at one point did he look lost or out of control, where Trout was handling him.

The only negative was that he fought at spurts offensively and by choice it seems, held back a little long at certain points. But even then, I wasn't paying attention to Trout because he wasn't doing ****. If he did do something, I would've noticed.

Hahahah let floyd put his backs on the ropes like he normally does..this kid rocked a 172 pound man with a half thrown right hand..what do you think he's going to do to someone without a reach advantage over him? You can block all the punches you want with your arms..but i'll tell you this Floyd ain't ever been hit nearly as hard as his body would against this guy. Not saying who will win but lets be real here..both men walk into that ring with disadvantages..Floyd at 28-32 maybe wins by landslide..this Floyd? Not so much.

The scores were what everyone expected the fight was way closer could have been a draw or either guy winning by a round canelo showed a lot of flaws loopy punches off balance punches leaving himself open trout just looked lazy on his punches he didnt fight the same way he did in the cotto and even that fight was close but trout just didnt seem to have that extra push but it was still a close fight

Ok so let's see what happens to Cotto next if he wants to fight Canelo
