This fight is OK for Pac, he's only a contender these days anyhow. Does Nothing for his legacy, but should help his confidence.

Yes it does something for Pacquiao's legacy. Alvarado is a top 4 light-welterweight so a win over him at the very least allows him to maintain his rankings or get back to where he was.

If manny gives jmm a 50/50 split then jmm said he will fight him. Why can't manny just give him the split and fight?

The high altitude might be a test for Pacquiao.
Pacquiao often trains Baguiao in the Phillippines which has a elevation of 5,280 ft exactly the same as Denver.

Unless Manny has seriously fallen off since his knockout loss to Marquez this won't be a war.... this will be a slaughter. But then again Pac needs a good comeback opponent to face and Alvarado fits that bill.
