Anyone else sick of Max Kellerman?

HBO does that, not only Kellerman. They all have their favorite (=the guy who can make them some money most of the time) and then they talk him up during the fight. Same with Mayweather vs Cotto: they were making it look like Floyd was easily winning it because they didn't want to lose the Pac-Mayweather fight at that time. A different, unbiased commentator could easily tell you how Cotto is winning more rounds than Floyd.
HBO was always like that: they don't care about the truth, they just do what is best for themselves.

The Cotto winning more rounds is where I draw the line lol.

But yes the bias is insane. Not as bad as Roy's for Bradley the other night though lol.


Whoever compared Donaire to Garcia is on some serious ish. Donaire is legit an has beaten legit fighters coming off WINS. Just because Donaire lost dont make him seem like a scrub he's still a top p4p fighter. There's literally nobody like Rigo anywhere near those classes he doesnt have to worry about that.

Not really. It was Merchant who did that. Kellerman filled that position. Max is hardly an agent of truth.

Kellerman is a b!tch just like Merchant. HBO is antiquated, ancient and redundant. They still use a format from like 50 years ago. They need to get with the damn times, humble themselves and respect the fighters who choose to pay them dividends for broadcasting their fights. Although now and again HBO has some quality commentary, most of the time it's regurgitated, disrespectful, bias garbage.

HBO might as well not do any commentary AT ALL, just let the fighters fight and say nothing because fans are never going to be happy because they want their fighter to get all the PRAISE and if he don't they are going to complain

Why should they Praise Donaire? He was swinging at AIR most of the fight, Jones was at least trying to suggest what he maybe should try and do
