Anyone else sick of Max Kellerman?

1st of I'm happy Rigo won. I told people he was "2slick2black" for nonito & he won me money.

That said I don't think I've ever heard a more bias commentator in any sport than Max Kellerman. This guy is garbage & HBO needs to fire him.

He clearly plays favorites & does everything to prop up his favs (Donaire, Broner, Berto, Peterson, Russell jr, I can go on. & he down plays anything guys like Canelo, Khan, guerrero do.

Correct me if I'm wrong but he said something along the lines on the show that Donaire is the greatest he's ever seen? Donaire is 1 dimensional like Danny Garcia.

What bothers me is that he always has to commentate on the bigger picture.

HBO does that, not only Kellerman. They all have their favorite (=the guy who can make them some money most of the time) and then they talk him up during the fight. Same with Mayweather vs Cotto: they were making it look like Floyd was easily winning it because they didn't want to lose the Pac-Mayweather fight at that time. A different, unbiased commentator could easily tell you how Cotto is winning more rounds than Floyd.
HBO was always like that: they don't care about the truth, they just do what is best for themselves.

They have opinions on the sport just like everyone on here does. Not everyone is going to agree with them.

Every boxing commentator has said something I thought was ****** or I didn't agree with many times. But that doesnt mean they should be fired, they just have different opinions than mine.

I love Max, we actually need young blood in the sport as much as possible, everyone else can go.

I watched the BOXNATION telecast. Had Timothy Bradley's quiet ass.

I don't have a problem with Max Kellerman. I've always thought he was a solid commentator. Everyone is biased though. Remember how biased George Foreman used to be? Or Jim Lampley's crush on Barrera and Pacquiao? And Larry Merchant always complained about boxers who used movement and didn't engage in wars. Or what about Paulie Malignaggi always praising the fighters who beat him. This can go on forever...Everyone does this.

I didn't notice it. During the fight Kellerman was praising Rigondaeux for taking Donaire out of his comfort zone and taking him to school.
