Bob is furious that Rigondeaux won

He was expecting Donaire to win.

His plans to make those fights in Asia with Pacquaio, Viloria and Donaire have evaporated so quickly.

He's been putting up some great matched lately but it's evident he hasn't been pleased with the victors.

He almost had a stroke when Marquez put Pacquiao in a coma.

Bradley almost got taken out by little known and "tune up" Ruslan, Bob tried to spin it that it was a great war (which it was) but I bet he expected better from Bradley.

He didn't expect Alvarado to defeat Rios, who was being set up as a potential Marquez/Pacquiao opponent for a big money fight.

And now Rigo just schooled his precious Donaire.

      lol!

Most people just like to watch guys beat each other senseless. They don't appreciate a real boxer.

For what these people are saying; Arum, Iole, Rafael, Bernstein.. They're going to some form of hell for knowingly or unknowingly minimizing the exhibition Rigondeaux put on last night. The boxing gods will deal with these fools.

Floyd Mayweather is defensive fighter and he is the biggest selling star in boxing. Arum is making excuses to "Raheem" (as in Zahir Raheem after he beat Eric Morales) Rigondeaux and continue to promote Donaire as if he is a star. If Arum can't promote Rigondeaux, he should release him and let him sign with Golden Boy. I am sure Schafer can find a way to promote Rigondeaux/Mares.

Bob Arum is a disgusting pig! Rigondeaux wins the biggest fight of his career and now, all of a sudden, Arum can't promote him! If anyone had any doubts, you should now know why Floyd Mayweather, Oscar De La Hoya and Miguel Cotto all left Arum.

YES... Promote him down here in the 305 and watch how the Cubans so him LOVE. I really think it will sell down here. There's a lot of fight fans down here. Americans, Cubans and Puerto Ricans.

Yup, IMO in little more than 2 years from now, Bob will lose all of his big cash boxers and will end up just like Don King with events only on ShoBox.

                  Can't wait for that day!

On Saturday night at Radio City Music Hall, Rigondeaux knocked off Nonito Donaire with a twelve round unanimous decision. It was a huge win for the two-time Olympic gold medal winner, who has to be considered one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the sport.

If any of you believe this garbage, you should go and look at the ticket sales in Nonito Donaire's last five fights and see how many fans he is drawing to his fights. You would be shocked to find out how great Donaire is being promoted. HBO and Showtime will buy Rigondeaux fights if Arum puts him in the ring with quality opponents. Considering who Donaire has fought in his last five fights, Rigondeaux couldn't do any worse.

                    Donaire/Rigondeaux - 6,500 tickets sold (sell out)
                    Donaire/Arce - 7250 tickets sold
                    Donaie/Nishioka - 6,203 tickets sold alongside Alvarado/Rios I
                    Donaire-Mathebula - 2,667 tickets sold
                    Donaire/Narvaez - 4,425 tickets sold
                    Donaire/Montiel - 3,813 tickets sold

This was all after he KO'd Darchinyan. All were on HBO or Showtime. If Arum promoted Rigondeaux the same way he has promoted Donaire, Rigo will become a superstar.

Am I in bizarro world?? How is Rigo the most "negative" fighter ever??? Floyd Mayweather has been at times OVERWHELMINGLY more negative than what we all saw last night. HYPE is what sells these fighters. Why is Arum trying to ruin Rigo's prospects??
