As you do when you're fighting week in week out.

Gavilan, who Robinson owned twice, would've even cleaned out this division.

none of them would win, SRR is a different animal entirely.

Hitman Hearns VS SRR at Welterweight woulda been nice.

There's no doubt that if Hearns landed cleanly on Ray's chin, Robinson goes down.

Except nobody is saying anyone beats Robinson... In fact outside of Leonard and Hearns.. Nobody have more than a 40% Chance at 147.

It's laughable to think anyone in the modern era can beat Ray. BUT IT'S EQUALLY LAUGHABLE to think that Ray will just brutally dominate Peak Oscar or Peak Tito for 4-5 rounds, toy with them and than KO them at his leisure.. There is a middle ground.

                  Can Robinson beat Oscar? Yes.
Will Peak Oscar be dominated and destroyed? No.

                  Can Robinson beat Pernell?
                  Yes.
Will Whitaker be clowned and destroyed? No.

Nah. I don't think so. Ray Robinson had the physicality, and athleticism to match him, and had a much better chin.

It would look like Hagler/Hearns. Except Ray could box with him too.

You're telling me Robinson goes undefeated against the likes of prime Whitaker, Mayweather, De La Hoya?
When will you and others learn that Floyd's prime isn't at 147. In fact the 147 version of Floyd will probably get knocked out by true Welter Greats.

What is this denial when it comes to Manny and Floyd's true weight? Just because they are natural light weights don't make them any less great.

It's as if Floyd fans stubbornly refuse to admit Floyd's best weight is far from that of Robinson, Hearns.Leonard etc..

Robinson will KO Floyd, but it won't be as easy as people think. To think a natural lightweight (no matter how good) can survive against a 5'11 1/2 fighter who also ended up as one of the greatest middleweights ever.. is absurd. But Floyd will definitely win a few rounds and make it competitive until later on.
