I'd love to see this backfire on him and he ends up fighting a different fighter for a small purse then losing. Marquez isn't a big seller by himself, where as Floyd and Manny are. That's the difference.

Whatever other fight Marquez does outside a Floyd fight he won't make as much as another fight against Pac.

But still Marquez should get at minimum 50%, he argubly won the third fight and KOed Pac cold in a great fight. Pac needs this fight more than Marquez does.

Great point redfoxx on relating this to hollywood. Say Brad Pitt stars in the move inglrious bastards, but Christoph Waltz is the better actor in the movie and steals the show. Brad Pitt is the household name and brings attention and legitimacy to the film so he has the higher paid actor between the two.

Same situation with Pac and Marquez, pac will always be the bigger star. The only two world wide stars of boxing are Mayweather Pacquiao. The others are just well known to die hard boxing fans and ot to the mainstraim / business side. Boxing is a business sadly too many people involved
