We are talking about a last name not a word.

How do you say the name Andrea?

There are two way of saying it.

I've heard it both Rigondoh and Rigondeeow. Announcers never make up their damn minds on his name.

Yep. HBO crew mentioned so during the Kennedy or Marroquin fight that Rigo wants it pronounced as - Re Gone D Ow

If people dont know how to pronounce Rigondeaux, they better do from Saturday on since he will shock the damn world like Ali and Douglas did.

If Rigo beats Donaire it won't be even half as shocking as either of the Ali or Douglas wins.

There's quite a few people tipping Rigo to win.

No one gave Douglas a cat in hells chance against Tyson.

              I pronounce it Rih-Gone-Doe.

              Rih, as in "Rihanna"

              Gone, the word meaning "departed"

Doe, as in "he young doe".

Remember when Pac was just coming up against Ledwaba and Lampley and the gang were pronouncing his name incorrectly ("Pack-kai-o"). Isn't the proper way of pronouncing Donaire's name "Doh-nigh-reh" rather than "Doh-nair"?

What about Donaire? I remember in a fight where The Classy pronounced it "Do-Ny-Rrray" now it's always "Do-Nare"

As long as Roy Jones or George Foreman aren't commentating, names are usually pronounced correctly.
