This fight isnt even remotely close.

The skill gap between them is universes away. I honestly see no way Guerrero is going to win this.

Floyd starts off the same exact way with every opponent, then adjusts accordingly. He'll listen to his dad, but not to the point where he sees it's not working and sticks with it regardless. If something is not working, he immediately switches in the same round. He is not a robot, who will be programmed by his dad to fight a certain way, and only that way. If things aren't working out, he'll adjust.

If you're familiar with Floyd Sr, he loves the jab. He took credit for having Floyd jab the **** out of Marquez, which made it a super easy fight. In the 5th round of the Corley fight after brawling heavily in the prior rounds, Floyd begins to spam his jab, and it completely drowns Corley out.
Floyd isn't fighting an "inside" fight against the Ghost, he will get mauled at this stage. I think a jab will be Floyd's biggest advantage because he keeps referring to the Ghost's size and how solid he is in interviews. I think the Ghost will have a good boxing game plan ready for Floyd and I also think Floyd knows this too.

Floyd is out of character because he knows this will be a fight at that perfect time in his career against the "right" kind of fighter to end it all....good inside, bigger, pretty strong, durable, strong-willed and versatile. His dad hopefully will provide the defensive advantage needed to win the points because he isn't going to KO the Ghost...despite what others have said.

Floyd out fought Cotto on the inside though.....and not many thought Floyd would do that.

Guerrero was getting tagged by Berto, though he was tagging Berto too. I think Floyd will fight Guerrero like he did Ortiz. Use the jab a lot, a ton of right hand leads, etc.

lol come on man. Guerrero is going to be fighting 2 seconds behind floyd the entire fight.

I will be in complete disbelief if guerrero wins more than 1 round

Guerrero will win 2-3 rounds probably, maybe 4 if Floyd has slowed since May. I see Floyd shutting out the 2nd half of the fight.

Floyd is going to box his ears off. Guerrero doesn't possess anything to be any kind of danger to floyd at all, not even in the early rounds.

He doesn't have the speed, the footwork, he doesnt have anything that will present any trouble for floyd.

Floyd also got tagged up and bloodied more than he ever has in his career. He isn't looking for a repeat performance or build up off of that one in this fight. He won't fight the same way, he won't play the trade game unless he has to.

Just watch both of them fight Roger and Floyd Sr. and you can tell the difference in their fighting philosophies.

Roger was much more about beating ass while Floyd Sr. was a much more classic boxer.

It won't matter though because both their styles are rooted in the same things but they applied it very differently but Floyd learned both ways since he was young and he has his own spin on it.

I would imagine Floyd Sr. will want him to be more defensive but Guerrero will push the action which will force Floyd to act, so it won't really matter what Sr. wants.
