No it just goes to my point that there's something else he's offering which separates him. If he was just some regular guy I wouldn't be harsh pointing that out. There's something that smells, that's all. He's a scientist, not a fitness/ health guru.

He has a degree in kinesiology actually. That makes him well qualified to advise on strength and conditioning.

it was a close camp last fight too.

they just got tired of all the people coming in and record there sparring and training and uploading it to youtube and letting the opponent see what they working on.

Sounds shady. Everything about the guy is shady. This is disappointing. There's thousands of great strength and conditioning coaches out there. This guy does nothing but raise su****ion. Don't tell me Marquez is clean. I was born at night, but not last night. Garcia said " the guy never came in my gym"... Clearly setting up a defense for himself if something comes up bad. This was a pure assinine decision by Rios' handlers. Garcia doesn't want to own it.

I workout at a church (they have a nice little cardio room, track, weight room, everything I need) and they have a personal trainer that trains people there. He does something with the university of Richmond or something but he uses HIIT methods and stuff and talks about other "more athletic" people that he trains besides the people I see him training in there. He says he meets them at a track and works sprints, hurdles, all kinds of plyometrics and the like.

If a small time guy like that knows his stuff (just the other week, he had some guy doing an NFL cardio routine) I don't see any advantage to paying a guy like Heredia big money except for his "other" knowledge....I'm sure you know what I mean.
