Robert Garcia basically said to Rios, you're mine for two hours a day, don't tell me what you do with memo, don't bring him to my gym, don't talk about him. That's not a good look for Bam Bam. Wouldn't surprise me one iota if Bam becomes a raging roid monster like JMM

When did he ever test positive? Do you have any proof?

Kinda like Alex Ariza saying that Freddy Roach has no idea what he gives Pacquiao

Its crazy how behind boxing has been when it comes to advancements in strength and conditioning training...Its good to see this. I've always wondered why so many fighters do so much light jogging and light jump rope and sit ups. There's so many better ways to get prepared for a fight and build your core strength and condition the body for a fight.

Yes, this. It's so true, think about what all tennis and football players do to improve their quick twitch muscles and anaerobic conditioning. You're not going to get the same workout doing it yourself or under the guidance of someone who doesn't know exactly what they are doing. You need an expert to push you. Sounds dumb but it's true imho.
