Sounds shady. Everything about the guy is shady. This is disappointing. There's thousands of great strength and conditioning coaches out there. This guy does nothing but raise su****ion. Don't tell me Marquez is clean. I was born at night, but not last night. Garcia said " the guy never came in my gym"... Clearly setting up a defense for himself if something comes up bad. This was a pure assinine decision by Rios' handlers. Garcia doesn't want to own it.

Depends on the type of commission. If it's the Mayweather commission, you're doomed. He gets tested positive and gets away with it.
