and for those saying ny state law does not apply, thats not true at all. the federal government will probably let ny prosecute him. they can as long as the laws of said state are as strcit if not stricter than their own. also, the feds could choose to prosecute him on their own accord. he essentially violated the laws of two jurisdictions. so no, he does not get off because it was a federal crime hence why he was booked in a queens criminal court and not a manhattan federal one.

Wow what a man of faith. This is why he needs to stop running off at the mouth with all of the "I am the chosen one" nonsense. God loves everyone and to have to use this as something to help him manage his fear is pathetic. I used to like Guerrero but over the last few years he has just been running his mouth too much and espousing religious rhetoric like he is better than other people. I am not questioning his faith or what he went through, I applaud him for his strength. He just needs to stop saying God won't allow him to lose or God chose him to humble Floyd, he needs to win with heart, will and skill, period. So God chooses which team or which fighter to win? He is better than the fighters he opposes? Please man, it is very narcissistic of him to say God loves him more than someone else, regardless of what he has been through. Many of us have been through tough times and do not claim to be "chosen" to do A, B or C. I am catholic and love God and all I do is pray for the best and what shall be will be, win or lose in any situation in my life...it is God's will to decide the outcome.

I just hope he is ready to explain himself if he loses, since he said God will simply not allow him to lose....what then Ghost?
