Peterson will box for the first 3-4 rounds. Once he starts noticing that he's having little success on the outside/mid-range, he'll move closer. I think Matthysse will buzz him on the inside, which will force Peterson to go back to the outside. At one point, I think Lucas will hurt him on the outside as well, then Pete will go back inside and try to smother Lucas and start to clinch him often. Pete will also try to work the body at the risk of leaving himself open. I think Pete will get put down in round 10, get up and Lucas will flurry him into a TKO.

Peterson is a very sturdy fighter that has proven to be able to sustain attacks and recover.

However, I do think Mattysse is an offensive powerhouse and could get him out of there in the later rounds, but a decision seems to be the logical outcome.

I think he starts out boxing, gets hurt, goes inside, has success, and gets hurt again. He'll spend the last 3-4 rounds boxing, but I expect him to survive the distance.

Except PEDerson needed PEDs and some hometown favors to pull that decision out of his ass.

I think a lot of people are dismissing the fact that Holt was beating PEDerson till his weak ass chin took a flush one. Just wait till those Matthysse punches start feeling real heavy.

I actually thought Peterson was going to go down against Holt until the first Kd where he took over a bit.
If Peterson can handle Matthysse's punches or atleast avoid big ones this will be a great fight, maybe FOTY with both being top dogs.

I like both fighters chances and can't pick who to root for lol

Peterson's always a slow starter though. Holt having early success was neither a surprise or a cause to worry.

Depends on the PEDs and if Pederson starts slow, but both boxers are known slow starters anyway but Pederson has the knack of coming back after a slow start, this is going to be a very tough fight for Lucas Matthyse.
