Gonna be hard to face Floyd once Trout beats Canelo. I like how people are acting like it's a foregone conclusion that Canelo is winning his upcoming fight. Trout is about to piss a lot of people off.

O I understand that a asswhooping is coming from Trout to Canelo soon, just a general question.

I can't imagine this fight not happening unless Alvarez is an unreasonable egomaniac about the money. They've been setting it up for at least a year now, and probably before that.

The way that Canelo's ego has been blown up by Tv networks, Delahoya, and his fans...

Canelo will more than likely request 50/50, I can see it now.

Well, If Canelo asks for 50/50 it won't happen.

That's obviously a completely unreasonable demand.

It's an easy fight to make if both fighters want the fight. Canelo has been begging for this fight for a while now. Mayweather does not want to fight a prime, hard hitting 22 year old 154 pounder. If Mayweather wanted this fight it would be happening this May 4th.Unless his deal with Showtime is based on a flat rate per fight Canelo is a much bigger payday than Guerrero. Believe whatever you want to believe. I believe Mayweather will not fight the winner of the Trout-Canelo fight.

Pacfans and May haters already try to give Canelo credit for Mayweather PPVS sells, much more credit than he actually deserves, some will even argue that Canelo is a equal draw or bigger.

I can see crazy demands coming from him, just as it did with him and May about the undercard.

You guys on this site get dumber by the day. Basically Canelo was getting a little too big for his britches and Floyd needed to check his ass. It doesnt mean they wont fight in Sept or later on for that matter. Why would Floyd commit to fighting Canelo when he has another fight on the books? Last time he did that against Judah he lost, and you guys kill Floyd for fighting Judah coming off a loss. After May 4th Floyds people will sit down with Canelos people and they will try to hammer out a deal. Thats usually how it works in boxing.
