I am starting to think thats a distinct possibility, and lol at all these flojobs claiming that because USADA are a non profit organisation they are immune from being corrupt in any way. It strikes me that if you arent making a profit you would be a prime candidate to be the grateful recipient of a brown envelope.

USADA has a way greater reputation and a lot more to lose than does VADA. But both organizations are very unlikely to fall to corruption at this present time. A non-profit though, it's business is not based on generating profit. So a non-profit can lose money every single year (and many do). And if a non-profit is caught as a profit business in disguise, the penalty is severe (prison time, big fines, etc). The situations are completely different. But of course, again, corruption can happen with anything -- church, school, business, etc.
