Has anyone at the Mayweather Camp commented on Mickey Bey's doping?

What the hell?

These are the most vocal figures in the sport when it comes to doping? And now one of their own fighters is blatantly guilty of doping and they don't have jack shit to say about it.

The hypocrisy stinks. Don't these guys have a case to answer? Bey is their fighter. He trains in their Gym. He's trained by Floyd Mayweather Sr himself. And they don't have anything to say?

We've listened to Floyd preach about the leading role he's playing in "cleaing up the sport of boxing" for years now. Here's a quote from him from just one month ago:

Some comments were made actually. David Levi of TMT mentioned that they are taking the matter quite seriously on his twitter. He said another thing too, but I can't remember the exact words. And I think Ellerbe spoke on it briefly too, that they're looking into it, etc.

I don't think they've been asked about it really. Mickey Bey is not a popular prospect. I think it kinda went under the radar a bit. Someone like Chris Robinson should ask.

USADA has no employer. They have clients who they render services for. And being they are a non profit organization, they aren't so concerned about keeping Golden Boy happy just to make them happy. USADA has a lot of clients and they are quite busy. The point the other poster is making is that it's just very unlikely that an organization with such a major reputation would risk losing it over Floyd Mayweather. Lance Armstrong tried bribing and had death threats thrown at them, and yet USADA wouldn't budge.

If GBP is unhappy, USADA is no longer involved in boxing. Some will say that's a better outcome since no compromise is made, some will say compromise is necessary since any testing is better that none.

Didnt Bey go to Dr tell Dr what he did for living and Dr still gave him this that made him fail? I believe the NSAC are looking into that already. Its documented by Dr also i believe. This is reason for short suspension at moment.

Again, it is very unlikely that USADA would intentionally put their reputation at risk. This is an organization with an international reputation. Sure, non profits have employees who may be paid well. But the funding of the organization is not built upon the money they get from clients.

There is a conflict of interest when a fighter is paying for testing themselves, rather than a governing body though. With Morales, Quillin, I believe those situations were nothing more than mistakes or miscommunication. Morales in the end received a penalty. VADA too made some mistakes in the past, but they've since corrected this. They made contract adjustments and so forth. No one speaks on it though because Floyd's name isn't associated with VADA.
